The Situation.

The Director of Talent Acquisition will serve as an internal resource as well as a service offered to CPA firms. This person is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for Alpharesults positions, as well as assisting CPA firms with their recruitment efforts and hiring, as needed.

He or she will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with recruiters, identify potential candidates through effective interviewing, effectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience. Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies are primary responsibilities to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent.

This role is also responsible to serve as a recruitment service provider for CPA firms, allowing them to find and hire a strong talent pool, without having to utilize their own time and efforts.

Role Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Reporting to the CEO, this role will play a crucial role in ensuring the talent strategies and tactics necessary for creating and maintaining an extraordinary place to work are in place.
  • Assist CPA firms with their recruiting as a service Alpharesults offers.
  • Design, develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy and program that consistently delivers the talent needed to grow the business.
  • Manage third-party recruitment partners and firms, to ensure only the best partners are used.
  • Build a strong reputation for finding great talent, aligning talent capabilities with emerging business needs, and acting with agility to build talent pipelines readying the organization to meet future workforce needs.

The candidates we are seeking have the following profile:

  • 5+ years of human resources, talent acquisition, and interviewing experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting.
  • Proven ability to communicate and effectively “sell” an organization’s value proposition.
  • “Big Four” public accounting and/or consulting recruiting experience a plus.
