Executive Recruiter - Remote.

Who We Are Looking For.

The Executive Recruiter will have direct client access and be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting process for Blue Chips Clients, the scope of work ramps from developing target lists, candidate identification, screening & evaluating candidates, managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, while ensuring the interview process is inclusive of all persons.

This individual will find innovative ways to source top talent, as well utilizing data to drive decision making.

This individual will spend time engaging top talent and evangelizing the Firm’s proven career-making assignments for C-Suite roles. 

Principal Duties And Responsibilities.

  • Generate executive candidates for retained searches by using Boolean Strings for specific criteria such as: title, location, current or past company, company size, education, degree, keywords, and industry within LinkedIn Recruiter or other search engines.
  • Research targeted executives contact information via various search engines, create new profiles in company database, and update profiles with current information.
  • Provide support and start-to-end project management for Search Engagements while collaborating closely with search team members.
  • Screen and interview potential candidates via telephone prior to internal submittal.
  • Connect daily/weekly with internal partners pertaining to potential candidates and search progress.
  • Connect regularly with candidates in process to provide clear information about search progress.
  • Inform those candidates whom are disqualified in a timely and tactful manner.
  • Provide weekly metrics for internal partners and clients.
  • Attend regularly scheduled recruiter meetings as well as weekly touch base and development calls.
  • Attend occasional off-site “external” executive search engagement kick-off meetings at client company with internal partners.
  • Attend scheduled “internal” executive search engagement kick-off meetings.
  • Generate “Candidate Submission” summary for submittal to internal partners and clients.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and internal partners.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, to include travel arrangements

Skills + Requirements.

·        At least 5 years of experience in Executive Search or a relevant corporate organization

·        Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Encore 5 /Cluen Max preferred)

·        Excellent communication and writing skills
