What You’ll Do.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of Business roles (Sales, BD, Customer Success and other roles , like marketing, as needed); from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews to offer delivery.
  • Work closely with team members across the organization to develop a deep understanding of functions and needs. We’re big on collaboration here.
  • Talk to candidates and potential candidates, about their careers, their career growth, and help them navigate the next steps in their job changes process.
  • Continuously find opportunities to relentlessly improve and fine tune process to deliver best-in-class candidate experience.
  • You’ll be deepening your knowledge of the tech and digital industry, as you work with cutting edge clients.

What You’ll Bring.

  • 5+ years of agency related recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of identifying and assessing top talent
  • Sourcing experience using a variety of tools--LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
  • Experience using application tracking systems—Bullhorn is a plus

  • An innate understanding of how to prioritize
