Responsibilities.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and placements
- Partner with hiring managers to learn their business, understand their staffing needs and design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to ensure optimal selection of top talent
- Continually network with external talent to build a proactive pipeline
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business, HR, Communications or a Scientific related field
- Experience leveraging social media to source and attract talent
- Proven success with directly engaging & hiring A+ Talent
- Highly motivated, results driven and able to work independently as well as with the team
- High commitment to customer service
