Is this you?

  • 2+ years of experience in inside/outside sales, B2B or B2C experience.
  • Prior experience working as a full desk recruiter in an agency environment.
  • Strong hunter’s mentality, competitive and a must-win mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent in people and communication skills, ability to build and foster a trust-based partnership
  • Self-starter and a quick learner, independent and ability to work and meet deadlines without the requirement of micromanagement.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize projects and workflow, able to multitask and meet deadlines simultaneously, ability to stay organized and to pay close attention to details.
  • Self-discipline, ability to work diligently and productively in a remote workforce.
  • A team player, work and collaborate well with internal teams.
