ZRG Partners is actively seeking to expand our Managing Director team with high quality search professionals who seek a collaborative and innovative environment.

The ideal candidate will come to the table with:

  • 5-10+ years in the Executive Recruiting area with a track record of success
  • A clear area of expertise either in industry or function ? Someone who embraces technology as an enabler and force multiplier
  • Someone with a history of generating $750,000 –$5M a year in revenues with great ambition
  • Someone who has successfully seen the power of leverage in search firm and desires a team selling environment
  • Someone that values an entrepreneurial culture with low ego’s and a myopic focus on the client needs
  • A professional who is relational and not transactional, always thinking of the client long game
