The Role:

The firm is actively seeking to expand their team with high quality search professionals who seek a collaborative and innovative environment.

The ideal candidate will come to the table with:

  • Demonstrated experience generating $300k to $1mm annually over the last 3 years.
  • Retained engagements for roles covering Board, CEO and Direct Reports to CEO.
  • Client mix predominantly with Public, PE and Privately controlled companies and or Late stage VC (Series C+) as part of client mix.
  • Demonstrated experience and/or ability selling adjacent services.
  • Past success working under a commission - Revenue sharing model is ideal
