This is a critical role on the FSP team and one they are excited to grow. Qualified individuals will be a well-respected Partner within FSP and must have a proven track record of success in retained search. This individual will assist the firm to continue its growth path as a leading executive search firm.
The Partner will be responsible for generating search revenue and assisting FSP's other Partner's business development and search efforts including:
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in retained executive search.
- Background in comprehensive analysis, database useage and problem-solving exposure.
- Experience in sales and business negotiations.
- Have existing business relationships at the Board, C-Suite and Executive Management.
