Position Summary.

Penta’s Recruiters are an essential part of our recruitment delivery process, and are responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of qualified candidates to client mandated assignments. Working closely with the Account Managers, you will drive recruitment efforts on a range of Supply Chain Management related positions for clients located throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities.

• Candidate generation through the use of CRM systems, LinkedIn RPS, proactive headhunting,networking and referrals
• Work in partnership with allocated Account Manager’s to ensure effective delivery and management of all candidates, supporting client hiring process where required
• Maintain an accurate total pipeline and forecast of work, ensuring achievement of all objectives
• Adherence to business processes and procedure, including but not limited to usage of company systems
